Pranit began his entrepreneurial journey in 1992 when he transformed his college project into a software services business. The company has grown to a global consulting services provider, a team of 800, with a focus on Engineering Process Transformation and Business Process Management.
He spearheads strategic planning for growth, innovation and operational excellence. Pranit has architected Hitech’s Lean approach to drive continuous improvements across operations and projects leveraging analytics, AI and automation to transform client experiences in a 4.0 world. He also leads several philanthropic endeavors through his organization Antardhwani. Established for assisting people with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), a rare form of arthritis, it has helped over 1,000 patients, and represents India in Ankylosing Spondylitis International Federation’s council.
Bachal, Senior Vice President, represents Hitech in North America. He has consolidated responsibility for client engagement and business development. With a proven track record in strategic planning and in driving partnership initiatives, Bachal helps client and home teams collaborate effectively so that Hitech consistently delivers improvements to client KPIs from an operations perspective.
He brings to the table over 25 years’ experience in working with global businesses, leading the product management and development activities of reputed U.S.-based companies. Prior to joining Hitech, Bachal was a Director of Product Management at Yahoo following a similar role at Info USA, a consumer and business database company based in Omaha, Nebraska.
Hitesh heads Operations, HR and Finance and drives the implementation of strategic plans across the company. The first employee of Hitech when it was founded in 1992, he had begun as a trainee and has risen through the ranks to become the Vice President.
He is an “operations hero,” who has held a diverse portfolio over 25 years with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” approach to get work done while meeting unexpected challenges. Hitesh has the pulse of the people, a robust record of bringing people together from across divisions to identify and resolve barriers to the execution of various strategic initiatives.
Brett, Vice President for Europe, is based in London and assists Hitech’s executive leadership team in reinforcing partnerships and in building long-term relationships with clients across the continent. His responsibilities involve account management, client engagement and business development.
He facilitates the ongoing flow of communication between Hitech’s teams and client teams. He provides strategic counsel for improving the efficiency of collaborative projects management. Brett has a proven track record in helping customers connect with Hitech for achieving increased resources- and processes-efficiency. He has served on the boards of several international companies. He brings a practical approach to the development of business strategy, sales growth and building solid client relationships.
Sachin, Vice President, has consolidated responsibility of global human resources, administration, and global mobility at Hitech. With a proven track record in strategic human capital management, planning and in driving people initiatives that helps client and home teams to get best in class work culture & environment, he enables people to perform at their best.
Sachin comes with more than 2 decades of Human capital management experience, He holds his post-graduation from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a six-sigma master blackbelt and Project Management certified. Sachin has been an integral part of organizational growth stories for many organizations and brings the subject matter expertise in talent management for the organization. He is a certified coach and a master trainer, who also holds various certifications in psychometric testing, total rewards, and building assessment centres.
Bhushan leads the 体育OB Engineering division, a team of 150 engineers and modelers. He focuses on operations excellence through the integration of new technology tools, automation and various Lean techniques leading to improving quality and productivity.
He has spent around 20 years managing diverse projects–体育OB solutions, architectural and interior design, green building design support, and infrastructure development. Prior to joining Hitech, he was an Executive Director responsible for projects and sales at the Indian subsidiary of Netherlands-based 3D BluePrint. Bhushan writes and speaks often on best global practices in building design. He has been a speaker at various international 体育OB conferences.
Lalita heads corporate communications at Hitech and oversees communication initiatives and activities designed to position Hitech as a preferred solutions provider and employer. She oversees integrated communications including online and print publications, marketing campaign content, websites, social media, newsletters, media and public relations, digital marketing and research initiatives.
For over two decades, Lalita has been working in leadership positions in the corporate communications and content vertical driving strategies and initiatives to promote, strengthen and grow brand visibility. She has mentored many professionals working in senior positions in newspapers, content companies and in the corporate sector. Lalita has in-depth and wide experience in strategizing and implementing corporate reputation management initiatives, crises communications, marketing communications, social media campaigns and technical content.
Her firm belief in open and transparent communication reinforces the Hitech culture of candor and transparency.
Milind leads the Industrial Engineering division, a team of over 100 engineers. He has responsibility for account management, client relationship development, and delivering on his division’s strategic objectives. He has oversight for overall project delivery, continuous process improvements, team development, and ensuring smooth delivery on client KPIs.
He is a seasoned professional with over 18 years’ experience in engineering, go-to-market strategies and operations management with exposure to international markets. He brings with him a deep domain expertise in technology-led optimization activities to improve product design processes, quality, lead time and overall productivity. Prior to joining Hitech, he was a Global Delivery Head at Larsen & Toubro Infotech for one of its strategic accounts.
Bhanu, Director Sales & Marketing, drives Hitech’s growth initiatives in the Industry 4.0 space, primarily in the North American, European and Asian markets. He leverages his business development acumen to formulate creative marketing strategies, recognize opportunities and penetrate new markets to impel business growth. Bhanu works closely with organizations, empowering them to make a seamless transition to Industry 4.0 through digital solution offerings in the areas of software, automation, IoT and AI & analytics.
Bhanu brings to the table 20 years of digital marketing and international sales experience across multiple industries including textile, healthcare and KPO in both the B2B and B2C environment. He leverages social media and new age digital marketing tools with ease to drive winning marketing strategies.
A member of Rotary International, spearheading the International Youth Exchange program, Bhanu is passionate about community service. He enjoys travelling and listening to Ghazals during his me time.
